According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), the Saudization of women’s decorative centers such as salons and sewing companies will produce approximately 7,000 new jobs.

According to MHRSD, the choice to localize these activities made in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRA), it will create a number of positions in the technical administrative professions.
The Ministry further stated that it aims to expand both Saudi men and women’s engagement in the Saudi labor market by offering more engaging and fruitful job possibilities.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development denied that it had any arrangements with technical colleges or other institutions of higher learning to use their graduates in sewing and decorating businesses.
They held workshops with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) to analyze and debate the difficulties and opportunities present in the industry, according to the report of Saudi Gazette.
The Ministry continued and stated that in order to accomplish the objectives of Saudization, it is eager to consistently collaborate with various relevant authorities.
The Ministry claimed to have established a minimal threshold for figuring out workers’ localization rates.
The minimum salary threshold for the Nitaqat program is set at 4,000 Saudi Riyals, and the threshold for Tawteen (Localization) program funding is set at 5,000 riyals.
