Registering on Tawakkalna application is an easy method but it can be frustrating if you don’t know what you have to do. The Tawakkalna (Covid-19 KSA) is the official app is mandatory for residents and citizen to help coronavirus cases low and provide a secure environment for everyone.

Guide to Register on Tawakkalna app without Absher Account

If you are not registered with Absher, you will need a recommendation from a registered user through the (Mobile Number Verification for Tawakkalna) service on the Absher platform. That person can use his absher to register your mobile number; here is how,

1. Login to Absher account
2. Select Individuals
3. Click Services
4. Select Services
5. Click on General Services
6. Click Register a Mobile Number for Tawakkalna
7. Fill in the mandatory fields (ID Number, Date of Birth, Phone Number)
8. Once the verification process is completed, you will receive an SMS stating that you can register in the Tawakkalna app.
9. The recommender will receive an SMS on their Absher registered phone containing a verification code to complete the Tawakkalna registration process.

Procedure to Register in Tawakkalna App (for Those Already Registered in Absher)

1. Install the Tawakkalna app from the Play Store, App Store, HUAWEI AppGallery or Official Website.
2. Open the app and click on “Sign up.”
3. Select Citizen / Resident.
4. Enter your Iqama number and date of birth, then click on Next.
5. Then enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
6. Create a password (the password must contain at least 8 characters, a combination of lowercase and uppercase letters and numbers and symbols).
7. Select your residence location.
8. Answer the questions related to your health:

Have you been outside the Kingdom for the past two weeks?
Have you been in close contact with a person who has confirmed with covid-19 during the past two weeks?
Do you have a high fever?
Do you have a cough?

That’s all, you have successfully created the “Tawakkalna app” account.
