Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Ministry announced that the Kingdom will open its doors to tourists and lift the ban on entry for holders of tourist visas from the beginning of August 2021.

Saudi Arabia opens doors for vaccinated tourists from 1st August 2021
According to the ministry, fully vaccinated tourists can enter the Kingdom without entering institutional quarantine if they provide a vaccination certificate and a negative PCR test result conducted within 72 hours of departure.
The ministry also added that visitors to the Kingdom must register their vaccination data on the new electronic portal designated for this at the following link: Click Here, as well as register their data through the “Tawakkalna” application, and show it to enter public places.

It pointed out that the fully vaccinated are those who have received two vaccination doses of one of the approved vaccines in the Kingdom, which is Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Moderna, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson.
The ministry said those wishing to obtain a tourist visa could apply through the website visitsaudi.com.
