Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development revealed Eid al Adha 2023 Holidays for the Public and Private Sectors.

Public Sector
The public sector 4 days holidays start from 27th June 2023 (Day of Arafah) and continues for 4 days.

Private Sector
The private sector 4 days holidays start from 27th June 2023 (Day of Arafah) and continues for 4 days.
The Ministry highlighted that Article 112 of the Saudi Labor law stating that every worker in both sectors is entitled to get full time leave on holidays on occasions specified by regulations.
According to the second paragraph of Article 24 of the Saudi Labor Law’s executive regulations, the weekly rest must be made up by the equivalent of the days before or after those holidays if weekends and holidays fall on the same day.
