Qatar Announced Citizens and Residents of GCC Can Enter Without Haya Card of World Cup 2022 Tickets

The Ministry of Interior in Qatar announced that citizens and residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries will be allowed to enter the Qatar through its various ports without the need of Hayya Card of World Cup ticket holders, starting from 6th December 2022

GCC Residents and Citizens Can Now Enter Qatar Without a Hayya Card

The Qatari Ministry added that, the possibility of entry for visitors from GCC states through the land port using buses for all travelers and allocating seats auto free for visitors, as in normal cases, with the allocation of free parking, reported Qatar News Agency.

Similarly, starting from 8th December 2022, the procedure of entry through the land port by private vehicles will be allowed, however an entry permit will be required through Ministry of Interior’s website, at least 12 hours before the date of travel, without requesting advance payment, registration of vehicles.

Gulf residents interacting with the decision welcomed for allowing large group to enter into Qatar and experience the World Cup, which has aroused the interest of many. Most of the people welcomed the decision, which allows them to experience the atmosphere of the World Cup organized by an Arab country.
