HR Ministry issues decision to protect workers & fine violators
- The decisions to protect workers in the private sector from unfair termination from their jobs, with implementation of precautionary measures.
- The decision imposing a fine of SR10,000 to employers for not complying with the ministry’s decisions and regulations issued to organize the extraordinary circumstances.
- The fine will be multiplied by the number of cases and workers
