A woman was seen shouting and chanting aggressively on a road in Riyadh on 27-Oct-2023, Friday night, blocking traffic.

Many people recorded her video and posted it on social networks.
What woman was saying was not audible in the viral video. Saudi police arrested the woman immediately, for disrupting traffic. Her identity has not been revealed.
Saudi Arabia imposes strict penalties on those who violate traffic laws.
