Absher has added two additional services to help users to communicate with Jawazat online, below are the services:
- Cancel notification of absent from work for domestic workers (Huroob)
- Worker exit and no return back
Users can access the added services by go to their Absher Account and Electronic Services. After Electronic Services, look for services icon and go to My Services. Under Services, click on Messages and Documents. Now write about your issue in the text box and you must select the correct service. These services allow users to communicate with Jawazat via an online platform. It is always better to utilize online e-services rather than go to Passport Office (Jawazat.
